Development of an AI-based system able to support both the reception desk of healthcare facilities and patients in managing appointments.

As soon as an appointment is cancelled, the tool automatically sends the patients on the waiting list a notification to reschedule the visit and fill the vacant slot in the referring medical specialist’s calendar. Everything happens in natural language, with WhatsApp integration.
